eWinery Affiliates

Overview of affiliates in eWinery, including step-by-step instructions on how to add, search, edit and delete affiliates.

Affiliates


The Affiliates module is not enabled for every eWinery Admin Panel. If you do not have Affiliates and would like to start using this feature, please contact the Client Services Team at support@vinsuite.com .


The Affiliates icon on the main menu of the Admin Panel is for entering contact information for Affiliates who sell your products, their affiliate code (if necessary), and their store and club commission percentages.



Add an Affiliate

First Name. Last Name. Company. Address. Phone. Email. Affiliate Code. Password. Store Commission % (percentage). Club Commission % (percentage). Is Active (check box; check indicates yes).

  1. Click the Affiliate icon on the Admin Panel.

    The Affiliate page appears. Alternatively, you may click on Affiliates in the menu bar to load/reload the Affiliates screen.
  2. On the left pane of the Affiliate page, click Add an Affiliate.
  3. The Add Affiliate window opens, enter or choose entries for the following:

  4. When you have added the general information for your new affiliate, click SAVE.



    Search & Edit Affiliates


    Search Your List of Affiliates
    1. Click the Affiliate icon on the Admin Panel.

      The Affiliate page appears. Alternatively, you may click on Affiliates in the menu bar to reload the Affiliates screen.
    2. In the Search Affiliates pane, enter one or more of the following search criteria. The more filters you enter, the more specific the search result will be.
    3. Click Search. The results matching your criteria will appear on the right pane.

    Edit an Affiliate

    1. From the list of affiliates, click the Edit icon beside the affiliate you want to edit or view.
    2. Edit the Affiliate information as you would like. Note that the Affiliate information is divided out onto tabs, remember to save the tab you are on before moving on to the next.
    3. Once you are done editing and/or viewing the member, click SAVE then "X" out of the window.


    Delete Affiliates

    Important! Before you delete an Affiliate: you must delete the sub-pages of a parent page before the delete button appears. Also, some pages will not have a Delete icon and cannot be deleted.

    First Search for Affiliates and a list of affiliates will appear in the right pane of screen.

    You will not be able to undo the deletion. To confirm the deletion, click OK.

    1. From the list of affiliates, click the Delete icon beside the affiliate you want to delete.
    2. You will receive a message prompting you to confirm the deletion.
