Basic Reports

eWinery Basic Reports include previously written or "canned" reports that offer basic order, member, allocation and wine information. These reports cannot be edited outside of the date or order number range selected. the different categories of Basic Reports are listed below

The Summary Reports offer sales data summarized by;

• - Date
  - State
  - Customer
  - Tender Type
• - Excel Query
  - Coupon Usage
  - Sales Order Data
  - Nav Order Data

• This sales report will export to an Excel file sales of both wine and non-wine products for a given date range.
  
  

• 
• Exports a list of Members by state and/or member type.
  
  

• 
• Exports a list of club members by any combination of Club Level or Membership Status. Settings for the sort and Format type are also available.
  

• 
• Offers exports of the Inventory Summary and Inventory Transaction reports.
  NOTE: You must have inventory entered in eWinery for this report to populate any data.
  
  

• 
• Offers exports of Allocation Sales Summary, List of Members Assigned to an Allocation and The Allocation Wish List Report.
  
  *If you do not have the Allocations Module in your Admin Panel, you will not see this option.
