Browser Compatibility

eWinery is committed to developing solutions that go beyond the limits of traditional cloud based software. Our engineering team makes use of new capabilities available in modern, up-to-date browsers. This is why we have made the decision to support only modern browsers, which also provide improved security and enhanced performance for our clients.

eWinery Hosted Web Sites

In general, eWinery supports the current and prior major release of FireFox, Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari on a rolling basis. Using a browser other than the four listed in the table below your website may not render as expected. If you find that your site is not rendering properly in a browser other than those mentioned below, please contact the Client Services Team at support@vinsuite.com for assistance.

Admin Panel

You may access the eWinery Admin Panel via a supported version or either Mozilla FireFox or Internet Explorer installed on a PC or Mac computer. Supported versions of each browser are listed in the table below. You may find that the Admin Panel will work in the two other browsers mentioned below, however any functionality issues or rendering issues will not be addressed on an unsupported browser type.

Mobile Devices

The eWinery Admin Panel is not supported on mobile devices such as phones or tablets.
Rendering of desktop sites on a mobile device, regardless of browser type is unsupported. Only sites using eWS Mobile emulations are supported for mobile. To learn more about eWS Mobile, CLICK HERE.
