View or Edit Orders

After completing your Search for Orders, the list of Orders will appear in the right side of the screen.

• A list of orders matching your search criteria offers a snapshot of information, as seen in the column headers.

• This information can be sorted by clicking once on the column header you wish to sort by. Clicking the same column header a second time will reverse the sort. Sorting direction is marked by a small green arrow.

The View column contains the following three icons to explore each order in detail.

Opens a popup window with order details organized by top navigation tabs. Click here for more detailed information on these tabs.

Opens a popup with content from Order Notes.
*Order notes are also viewable at the bottom of the Summary Tab, and are editable within the Edit Order Tab.

Opens a popup with content from Gift Message.
*Gift Message?s are also viewable at the bottom of the Summary Tab, and are editable within the Edit Order Tab.

Order Record

Once you have the opened the order record, you can then view any details of that order or Edit it

• Customer Billing and Shipping info as well as the order line items are listed in the Summary Tab.

  • From this tab, you can also click "View Member Profile" to see more information about the customer OR you can click "Edit Order" to reopen the order in OMS and make changes.
    

• The Notes tab holds the "Internal Order Notes" made on that order.
  

• The Compliance tab holds the status of the compliance and fulfillment of the order.

  • Compliance - shows the time/date stamp for when an order was checked and committed through ShipCompliant.

  • Fulfillment - Shows the fulfillment status of the order. (requires that tracking number information be uploaded to ShipCompliant)
    
    NOTE: This tab is only relevent if you are a ShipCompliant customer.
