In April, we released a Physical Inventory sheet to easily update inventory in the admin panel, improvements to the FedEx/UPS shipping report, and a fix for a shipping and product discount coupling issue.
Successful vinSUITE Release on April 27th We successfully released improvements and updates for the eWinery and vinSUITE admin panels. Admin Panel and Website Improvements NEW FEATURE! The physical inventory sheet allows quick and easy updates to all product inventory on one page, eliminating the need to drill into each product individually. Find the Physical Inventory button at the top of the Products section of the admin panel and update online or download a hard copy. REPORTS : Our FedEx/UPS shipping reports now feature a club batch field and the ability to exclude Will Call orders to streamline your order uploads. GIFT CERTIFICATES : On websites, gift certificates are now conveniently located in the payment section of checkout ALLOCATIONS: In the vinSUITE admin panel, Allocation order summaries now display the member?s wish list items Admin Panel and Website Fixes CLUBS: In the eWinery admin panel, Will Call club orders can be edited to become shipping orders without having to change a club member?s shipping preference DISCOUNTS: Fixed shipping discounts that are coupled with percentage off discounts on selected products (no promo codes) now apply consistently in OMS and websites Custom Club: batches with minimum subtotal requirements of $1000 or more will now be enforced at checkout
