eWinery Wine Brands

Overview of wine brands for wine products in eWinery, including step-be-step instructions on how to add, edit, and delete a brand.

Wine Brands

In the Wine Brands table, you will define your Wine Brands. If you offer more than one brand, you will want to define all of the brands you wish to carry in your online store. This table is required if you are using ShipCompliant, as this is where you will define your brand keys.

NOTE: Brands and Brand Keys are required if you have a ShipCompliant integration enabled.

Please choose from the following options:


Add a Wine Brand

  1. Click the Store icon on the Admin Panel. On the Store menu, choose Products, and then click Wine Brands.

  2. Click 'Add A Wine Brand' in the left pane. The Add Wine Brand dialog box opens.

  3. In the Add Wine Brand dialog box, you may enter (some fields are optional):

      • Wine Brand (required)
      • Wine Brand Key* (required)
      • Winemaker.
      • Wine Characteristics.
        *For ShipCompliant users, the brand key listed here must match EXACTLY to the product setup in the ShipCompliant admin.

  4. Click SAVE. You will be taken to a second tab where you can add a Description of the brand. Enter the text you wish.

  5. Click SAVE when you are finished.

Edit a Wine Brand

  1. Click the Store icon on the Admin Panel. On the Store menu, choose Products, and then click Wine Brands. The Wine Brands page opens, displaying the brands previously created.
  2. Select an item from the Wine Brand list, and click the Edit icon to open the Edit Wine Brand window.


  3. Make desired edits in the General tab:
    • Wine Brand
    • Wine Brand Key
    • Winemaker
    • Wine Characteristics
  4. Click SAVE.




  5. Make desired edits in the Description tab of the brand. Enter the text you wish.
  6. Click SAVE.

Delete a Wine Brand

  1. Click the Store icon on the Admin Panel. On the Store menu, choose Products, and then click Wine Brands.

    When the Wine Brands page opens, it will display the brands previously created.

  2. Select a product from the Wine Brand list, and click the Delete icon for the wine brand you want to delete.

  3. You will receive a message prompting you to confirm the deletion. You will not be able to undo the deletion. Click OK to approve the deletion.
