Clients may need to update their SPF records to take advatage of vinSUITE's latest email server.
If they call in for support, you can access the recommend SPF record on their account profile under the Details tab:

If clients do not know who their DNS host is, go to: https://mxtoolbox.com/DNSLookup.aspx
If they call in, you can test beforehand by going to https://mxtoolbox.com/spf.aspx and typing in their URL. The results should look similar to this:
