How to resolve 403 Forbidden Error - Request Forbidden By Administrative Rules

When our IP Banlist feature or the IT team detects fraudulent behavior, they will add the suspect's IP address to our IP Banlist.

To unban:
  • get the IP address from the banned user
  • go to admin.ewinerysolutions.com >> Master Admin >> Dashboard
  • IP Banlist
  • Choose >> search dropdown for the IP address >> Unban IP
  • confirm >> see "false" message >> OK
  • wait 5ish minutes for unban to take effect
