Recall Pending Orders with Desktop POS (NVPOS)
Instructions to update the customers card in Desktop POS (NVPOS) and complete their pending club order in the tasting room.
Pending Orders in NVPOS
In the instances where a Club Member's order has an invalid form of payment and that member comes to the tasting room to pick up their wine, you can BOTH update the customers card and complete their pending club order in the tasting room.
This option requires that you use the NVPOS software in your tasting room. The TotalRecall tool mentioned below is an add on to NVPOS. If you do not have TotalRecall, contact our sales team at info@vinsuite.com.
