RedChirp Integration with vinSUITE

How the RedChirp vinSUITE integration works!

  • The RedChirp vinSUITE integration allows you to sync your members into RedChirp. Please contact sales@vinsuite.com if you are interested in turning on this integration.
  • To get this integration set up, you will need a RedChirp webservices user. Please contact support@vinsuite.com to have this created.
  • The vinSUITE team will provide you with a username and password which you will add to your RedChirp account. Log in to RedChirp and go to Organization Settings >> Integrations >> vinSUITE. Your members automatically sync daily but you can re-sync manually if needed by clicking "Resynchronize".
  • Once the systems are synced, all of your members will be found in the RedChirp Main Menu under a section called vinSUITE.
  • In the RedChirp member record, you will see their phone number as well as a view into the vinSUITE member profile.
  • Click View to open the vinSUITE member profile in a new tab.
  • Click the phone number to go to the RedChirp conversation with this member.
  • In the conversation menu, you can easily pop into the member's profile in vinSUITE.
