Club Member Report

ActiveClubMember? | Is member active for this club (yes/no)?

  • Address
  • Address listed for primary address in member record.
  • Address 2
  • Address 2 listed for primary address in member record.
  • AltAccountNumber
  • This is the Account Number that comes from another system (typically this is the RMS account number). It's used for matching common account numbers between our system and another. This field is not viewable in the member record.
  • AltMemberID
  • This is the Member ID that comes from another system (typically this is the RMS customer ID). It's used for matching common ID's betwwen our system and another. This field is not viewable in the member record.
  • BillingCountry
  • Country listed for billing address on General tab of member record.
  • BillingPhone2
  • Phone 2 listed for billing address on General tab of member record.
  • BillingProvince
  • Province listed for billing address on General tab of member record.
  • Birthdate
  • Birthday listed for primary address in member record.

  • Gift Message from the purchaser to the gift recipient.
  • ClubMemberHoldReason
  • The reason given for putting this club membership on hold. **
  • ClubMemberLastBillDate
  • The date this member was last billed for a club shipment.
  • ClubMemberLastPaymentStatus
  • The status of the last payment for a club shipment.

  • The next expected club shipment bill date for a club shipment.

MembershipActivateDate | The date specified (on the Club Info tab of the member profile) for this club membership to become active.

  • The date specified (on the Club Info tab of the member profile) for this club membership to expire. Not to be confused with the
    CancellationDate which is the date in which a club membership is deactivated.

  • The date specified (on the Club Info tab of the member profile) for this club membership to move out of a hold status.
