Sales Associates in Club Memberships

A Sales Associate can be assigned to any Club Membership in the eWinery System. Using this feature will give you an additional metric for club management, allowing you to track your top sellars for club memberships and run commission reports.

Using Sales Associates in Wine Club Memberships requires that you have Sales Associates enabled in your Admin Panel (contact vinSUITE Client Services Team at support@vinsuite.com to enable) AND that you have associates listed in your Sales Associate table (see "Adding/Editing Sales Associates" in the menu to the left).

Adding a Sales Associate to a Wine Club Membership

  1. Open the members profile and navigate to their ?Club Info? tab as shown below.
  2. If you are editing an existing club membership then expand that membership to see the ?Sales Associate? drop down list.

    For new memberships click "Add Membership" in the bottom of the section to add membership details.
  3. Use the drop down list to select the Sales Associate you want applied to the club membership and then click the Save button to save your selection.

    When you come back to the Club Membership, you will see the Sales Associate you have applied. This field can also be added to reports in the eWinery Report Builder.
