Instructions to add a sales associate to an OMS order in eWinery

Sales Associates in the OMS

When placing an order in the OMS you have the ability to assign a Sales Associate to the order. This field can then be added to Sales Reports to track your sales people or create commission reports.

Using Sales Associates in the eWinery OMS (Order Management System) requires that you have Sales Associates enabled in your Admin Panel (contact vinSUITE Client Services Team at support@vinsuite.com to enable) AND that you have associates listed in your Sales Associate table (see Sales Associate: Add a Sales Associate ).


Using the Sales Associate Field in OMS

  1. Open the OMS and enter your order as usual.
  2. In the ?Payment Information? section of the OMS select the Sales Associate from the drop down provided.

    NOTE: Selection of a Sales Associate is NOT required. If there is no Sales Associate for an order or Club Membership, then do not select one while modifying an order or Club Membership.
