Tablet POS Enable Sleep Mode

Instructions to enable Sleep Mode for the Tablet POS

TPOS Enable Sleep Mode

When you are not using the Tablet POS, it is best practice to enable sleep mode when not in use.

While logged in, select the cog wheel located at the top left of the screen.

Once the User Settings have been selected, you will be presented with options down below (see picture). Please select Sleep.

Next, you will want to confirm sleep mode by selecting the green thumbs up.

After confirming sleep mode, you will then be brought back to the pin pad screen. Once you see the pin pad screen, you are now successfully in sleep mode.

Best Practice: It is recommended that you always put your tablet in sleep mode when it is not in use.
