Instructions to reset your iPad and deactivate licenses in Tablet POS to resolve issues.

TPOS iPad Reset And License Deactivation


If you are experiencing an issue with your TabletPOS system on your iPad such as:

  • No Login Screen on iPad
  • "All Licenses Currently in Use" Message
  • General Display Error

Please reference the attached document to reset the iPad and deactivate the license in vinSUITE/eWinery. Please feel free to print this document and keep it on hand in the tasting room.

  1. Log Out of tPOS
  2. Close the App by double clicking the home button and swiping up on the tPOS app.
  1. Open Settings and select Safari, then Clear History and Website Data
  2. Confirm that the tPOS license has been deactivated via eWinery/vinSUITE (Instructions on next page)
  3. Power Off the iPad
  4. Power On the iPad
  5. Log into tPOS and process a test transaction

tPOS License Deactivation(vinSUITE)

  1. Log onto vinSUITE
  2. On the upper right of the screen choose SETTINGS->SYSTEM SETTINGS
  3. Choose the Mobile POS Tab
  4. Toward the bottom of the screen find the Active License that you wish to deactivate and click the trash can on the right**

**Please be careful and do not delete your Device Location. This will render the TPOS app inoperable.

tPOS License Deactivation(eWinery)

  1. Log onto eWinery
  2. On the top of the screen choose SETTINGS
  3. Choose the MPOS Tab
  4. Toward the bottom of the screen find the Active License that you wish to deactivate and click the red X on the right**


**Please be careful and do not delete your Device Location. This will render the TPOS app inoperable.
