TabletPOS Managing Locations and Devices
Instructions to add a new location for TabletPOS from start to finish, including how to create a new Will Call Shipping Type and assign a Location to a Device.
Adding A New TabletPOS Device Location
This article will discuss adding a new Location for remote TabletPOS transactions.
Prerequisites: Access to the System Settings section in the Admin Panel
Adding a new location can be broken down into three steps:

Create a new Will Call Shipping Type for the new Location

Create a new Location for the TabletPOS system

Create a Device for the new Location
Create a new Will Call Shipping Type for the new Location
1. Log in to vinSUITE admin panel

2. On the left side, Select the Shipping module -> Wine Shipping -> Shipping Type
3. Select ![]()
4. Set up the Shipping Type:

- Enter new will call Shipping Type name
- Add PIC to the Carrier Code

- Will Call must be YES
- If this new Shipping Type is only available in TabletPOS, set the Mobile POS Only toggle to "YES"
- Set License Relationship as Pickup
- Set Pickup Type as Pick Up
- Enter the Location Company Name
- Website URL should be set to MOJOE
- Enter the Address information for the new location
Create the new Location for the TabletPOS system
1. Select Settings -> System Settings

2. Create a Location

- On the left choose the MobilePOS tab
- Under Manage Locations, Select Add New Location

- Name the new Location
- Click Add Location to save
- Edit the new Location

3. Configure the Location Settings

- Location Name
- Tax Rate % Override
- Does this Location accept tips?
- From the drop down box, select your newly added Shipping Type
- When done, select the Save button
Create a Device for the new Location
1. Under Manage Devices, Select ![]()

- Choose your new Location
- Enter a new Device name
- Select Add Device
Congratulations! Your new Location is now set up and ready for use within the TabletPOS application.

- Select the new Location and Device
- Touch the arrow to log in
