TPOS: Add A Product
This document will explain the steps needed to add an item to the tPOS system. There are 4 sections of the wine/product that will need to be configured in order for the item to display in tPOS. Below is the setup for Wine items followed by Products:
1. Wine Properties
- The item must be Active
- The item must have a Weight
- The item should have a Short Name, as this is what displays in the tPOS product screen
2. Categories
- The item must be part of the POS STORE category
- The sub categories are optional, and can be used for filtering inside of tPOS
3. Compliance
- The item must be compliant for Will Call
4. Inventory
- If tracking inventory, the item must have inventory in stock in order to be sold in tPOS

2. Product SKU and Weight
- Under the Pricing tab please enter the SKU, Price, and Weight of the product
3. Categories
- The item must be part of the POS STORE category

- The item must be compliant for Will Call
5. Inventory
- If tracking inventory, the item must have inventory in stock in order to be sold in tPOS
