Using a Gift card on an OMS order
Once our team has been enabled for you, you will need to ensure that the Other payment option is enabled for Admin orders. This is done in System Settings > Payment tab:
Now that the feature is enabled, simply enter the required card number and PIN (if enabled) to apply the gift card balance to the order:
Best Practice: To help prevent gift card fraud, it is a good idea to enable PIN entry for this feature. This will require that the PIN from the physical card be provided to complete the payment in the OMS
