vinSUITE May 2025 Release

We?re introducing a new feature designed to help wineries better manage wine club retention and provide greater control over member cancellations.

🔹 Club Cancellation Tenure Control

What?s New

A tenure-based setting has been added to the Club Cancellation Configuration in the vinSUITE Admin Panel.
This new feature allows wineries to define how long a member must be enrolled in a club before they?re eligible to cancel online using Click-to-Cancel.

Why It Matters

This enhancement gives wineries more flexibility to:

  • Reduce premature cancellations by setting a minimum tenure period.

  • Encourage commitment to club participation.

  • Strengthen retention strategies while maintaining transparency for members.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Admin Panel ? System Settings ? Website Display.

  2. Locate the "Allow Club Cancellations on Website" toggle.

  3. Locate the new ?Minimum Tenure for Cancellation? field.

  4. Enter the required number of months a member must be active before they can cancel online.

  5. Save your changes to apply the new restriction.

Members who attempt to cancel before reaching the defined tenure will be unable to complete the cancellation through Click-to-Cancel and will see a message indicating the minimum tenure requirement.
