vinSUITE Core Release ? Spring 2025

We?re excited to announce the Spring 2025 Core Release for vinSUITE!
This release includes new features, fixes, and enhancements designed to streamline club operations, improve order processing, and enhance the member experience.

🆕 New Features

Customizable Handling Fee Labels

Admin users can now define custom labels for handling fees on order summaries and receipts.

Why it matters:
This feature allows greater flexibility in labeling and compliance. For example, Santa Barbara wineries can now meet Wine BID fee requirements by renaming the handling fee accordingly.

🧾 Ordering & Allocation Fixes

Allocation Products Display Correctly

Products in allocations will now display as expected when using multi-location inventory (OmniStock). Previously, some products appeared as ?N/A.?

Cart Functionality Restored for Allocations

Members can once again select quantities and proceed to checkout for allocation orders when OmniStock is enabled.

Custom Club Checkout Improvements

The ?Return to Selections? button now works correctly during checkout.
If a member re-enters checkout without making changes, the purchase flow will still advance as intended.

📊 Reporting Upgrades

Enhanced Club Member Reporting

Two new fields are now available in the Club Member Base Report:

• Club Stats Start Date

• Club Stats End Date

These new fields make it easier to align monthly signup and cancellation metrics for more accurate tracking.

Report Preview Restored

You can now preview reports before saving edits in the Report Builder within the vinSUITE Admin Panel.
