Session 06

About the Session

You can see what your club needs. The hard part is getting the people above you on board.

This session is about winning support for your ideas and presenting them so they get the attention they deserve.

Liz Mercer of WISE shares how to bring a new idea to your owner or GM and actually move them: how to frame it, how to earn buy-in, and how to make the case so it lands instead of stalling out.

She will also make the case for speaking up early, because bad news does not age like fine wine. The sooner you raise a problem, the more room everyone has to fix it.

You will leave knowing how to present your ideas with confidence and gather the support you need to put them into action.
